Gymzol is a gym management software product operated by Grow Matic, a registered business in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through the Gymzol website, demo-request process, support communications, and Gymzol services.

Our business address is R-105, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 19, Karachi, Pakistan.

Depending on how you interact with Gymzol, we may collect the following categories of information:

• Contact and business information, including your name, gym or business name, phone number, city, number of branches, preferred demo date, and preferred demo time.
• Communications you send through email, telephone, WhatsApp, support channels, or demo requests.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, approximate location, referring page, landing page, and website activity.
• Campaign-attribution information such as UTM parameters, gclid, fbclid, and similar advertising or referral identifiers when present.
• Customer-account and operational information processed through Gymzol, which may include member details, attendance, fee and payment records, staff records, payroll information, access control information, reports, bookings, leads, and operational records entered by a Gymzol customer.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that information entered into Gymzol has been collected lawfully and that their own members, staff, and users receive any privacy notices required for their operations.

We may use information to:

• Respond to demo, sales, support, and service requests.
• Provide, configure, maintain, secure, and improve Gymzol.
• Create and manage customer accounts, onboarding, integrations, training, and technical support.
• Diagnose faults, prevent misuse, and protect the security and availability of our website and services.
• Understand website usage, marketing performance, campaign attribution, and service demand.
• Send service communications and, where permitted, relevant marketing communications.
• Comply with legal obligations, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes.

The Gymzol website may use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, and similar tools for measurement, security, attribution, and marketing.

Non-essential analytics and marketing technologies will be managed in accordance with the consent choices made available on the website. Details are also provided in our Cookie Policy.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide and support Gymzol, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal requirements.

Retention periods may differ depending on the information, customer instructions, contractual requirements, backup cycles, security needs, and applicable legal obligations.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and operational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers must protect account credentials, control staff access, and notify Gymzol promptly if they suspect unauthorized access.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held directly by Gymzol by emailing info@gymzol.com.

We may need to verify your identity and may retain certain information where reasonably required for security, recordkeeping, contractual, or legal purposes.

Where Gymzol processes information on behalf of a gym or other customer, you may first need to submit your request to that customer, because the customer controls the relevant records.

The Gymzol website and commercial services are intended for business operators and authorized personnel. They are not directed to children for independent purchase or account creation.

Gymzol customers may use the software to maintain records relating to members who are minors. The customer is responsible for obtaining appropriate parent or guardian permissions and complying with applicable requirements.

Some technology providers may process or store information outside Pakistan. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and apply appropriate contractual, technical, and operational safeguards according to the nature of the service.

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technologies, providers, or legal obligations change. The effective date shown at the top identifies the current version.
